Delivery & Returns


I aim to address and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 working days.

Typically orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Please ensure that delivery details are double checked before checkout as my system is an automatic dispatch system and orders cannot be amended once placed. Orders made online to a delivery address within United States will be dispatched via U.S.P.S. or FedEx, which normally the goods will arrive within 2 to 5 business days from date of dispatch. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for (if you would like it to be signed) and accept the delivery.
Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, Sophia Marie accepts no responsibly for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent. 


Please note I do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide me with a business or residential address. 

I ship internationally to all countries!

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Sophia Marie. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. I will make every effort to deliver on time. However, I should not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment. 



Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. 
I do want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the garment has a fault, year long repair services are offered starting from the day you received the garment. This does not include repair services for wear and tear.
    Sophia Marie does not accept responsibility of customer sent, return, or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

    PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless deemed faulty by Sophia Marie.
